Body Blast

This is a high-intensity workout that gives you a lot of bang for your buck. In the course of half an hour, we cover 10 cardio movemets, 10 core blasters, and 10 power exercises. Each movement will last for one minute. The class is fast-paced and designed to help maximize calorie burn in a short amount of time. Suitable for all fitness levels - you can challenge your limits at your own pace. Format changes weekly, keeping it interesting!

Trigger Point for Athletes

No matter whether you are a long-distance runner or a high-speed typist at the computer, you most likely have muscular tension that you would like to relieve. This class covers techniques for self-myofasical release, through the use of tennis balls and gentle stretching. Trigger Point Therapy gives results you can instantly see and feel, and is wonderful for injury prevention, as well as performance enhancement. This is a great cool down from the body blast or warm up for the Wellness Walks!

Wellness Walks

Join us every Wednesday as we walk a 1.5 mile loop around a beautiful lakeside trail, followed by a short presentation featuring local wellness professionals. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Simple bodyweight strength exercises will be covered during the walk (optional). Also, a new wellness topic will be covered every week.

Drop in anytime and bring a friend or two! In the case of rain, we will meet indoors at the studio and enjoy a short workout there. Entrance is in the back of the lot.
